As a Certified Yoga Instructor with a background in Health Sciences, I'm here to help guide your yoga practice, assist in your healing process, incorporate healthy food options and your fitness goals. I have lived most of my life with chronic back pain from scoliosis and Yoga has transformed the way I treat my pain. Yoga has been a major factor in my healing from a concussion.
